Terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-28. These terms apply to AI Hiring Index at https://aihiringindex.com (the "Service"), operated by AI Hiring Index, Suite 349, 9218 Ellerslie Road SW, Edmonton, AB T6X 0K6, Canada.

What the Service is

The Service aggregates job titles, locations and links from the public careers pages of AI companies via the public job board APIs of Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, and computes statistics from them. Listing content belongs to the respective companies. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any listed company. Every listing links to the company's own application page; the Service does not accept applications.

Accuracy

Data is provided "as is" and refreshed on a schedule. Postings may be stale, mis-categorised or withdrawn. Signals describe observed hiring activity and are not investment, employment, legal or business advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using them.

Paid products

Featured listings run for 30 days from payment and are published automatically; we may decline or remove a listing that is misleading, unlawful or not a genuine job, and a declined listing is refunded in full. AI Hiring Index Pro is sold as a monthly subscription (one login), a Team subscription (up to ten logins), an annual subscription and a Data and API licence; each renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled in the billing portal, and cancelling stops the next renewal without refunding the current period. The AI Salary Report is a one-off purchase of a personal, single-buyer licence to the data at a private link that keeps refreshing for 12 months from purchase; it may be used internally and quoted with attribution, and may not be republished or resold. Sponsorship slots and featured listings are refundable in full up to 24 hours after payment if they have not gone live; after that they are not refundable. The trial is the refund window for subscriptions: cancel before it ends and nothing is charged; charges after that are not refunded, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where Stripe collects it at checkout.

Free API and feeds

The public JSON and RSS feeds may be used for personal, research and commercial purposes with attribution and a link. Do not overload the service; cache responses.

Removal requests

Companies that would like their listings removed, or corrected, can contact [email protected]. Requests are processed on the next refresh.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Hiring Index is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change is acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts there.
