Getting into the members area

The members area is at https://aihiringindex.com/members/. It is protected by an email login with a one-time code.

1. Open the members link. The sign-in page is run by Cloudflare Access. Enter the email address you used at checkout (it is on your Stripe receipt).
2. You'll receive a one-time code by email within a minute. Enter it. You stay logged in for 30 days on that device.
3. Access is granted automatically within a minute of checkout. If the login says you are not allowed, wait a few minutes and try again; a full refresh from Stripe runs every 6 hours as a backstop, and for anything else, email [email protected] and it is fixed the same day.

Billing, plan changes and cancelling

Everything is self-serve at the billing portal: log in with the email you paid with to see invoices, switch to the annual plan, update the card or cancel. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

Different email, team access, or a cancelled subscription

To change the email, use a colleague's email, or restore access after a billing issue, email [email protected] from the address on your receipt. You can cancel any time in the billing portal (log in with the email you paid with); access ends at the end of the paid period, and payments are not refunded.

The exports and their fields

The members area holds the JSON and CSV files behind the site, refreshed four times a day, with a download list at the top of the members page. They are for your own internal use: analysis, models, dashboards and reports inside your organisation. They may not be resold or republished; Data use in the terms has the wording, and Data access says what needs a licence.

jobs.json

Top level: generated_at (UTC), job_count, company_count, featured (the paid featured listings running now) and jobs, one object per open role:

• id, title, company, company_slug, url: the role's stable id, its title and company as posted, the slug of the company page here, and the original posting URL.
• location: as posted; several offices are joined with "; ".
• category: the function (Research, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Product & Design, Go-to-market, Operations, Other). level: inferred from the title.
• regions: a list, where "Remote" is one of the values. remote: true only for fully remote roles. workplace: remote, hybrid, onsite, or empty when the posting does not say.
• posted: the posting date; where a careers feed has no date, the day the index first saw the role.
• tags: the company's segment tags. has_salary: whether the posting has a parsed pay range. The ranges are in all_jobs.csv (salary_min, salary_max, salary_currency) and the salary CSVs.

companies.json

generated_at and companies: for each tracked company its slug, name, site, segment tags, ats (greenhouse, lever or ashby) and count of open roles.

index.json

The weekly AI Hiring Index: date (the week's date), totals, index (new roles per week; a week flagged partial is the current week or one the tracker did not watch every day of), category_week and region_week (this week's function and region mix) and velocity (the ten companies adding roles fastest against their own pace).

signals.json and the CSVs

signals.json holds every signal behind the members page for every company, with the definitions in its definitions key. Each CSV has a header row naming its columns. Method and known limits.
