CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will provide support for up to three VP - level leaders of the Product & Engineering Department with administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor. You will anticipate needs before they are expressed, make judgment calls confidently, and keep leaders focused on high-impact work without being asked.

The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the engineering leaders. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

Responsibilities:

• Own and strategically manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts, protecting focus time, and making real-time decisions aligned to business priorities.
• Make all travel arrangements
• Proactively develop positive working relationships with key partners and vendors, as well as across internal departments
• Act as a gatekeeper and partner, ensuring leaders spend time on the highest-impact priorities
• Collaborate with other assistants to organize and execute team activities (all-hands, off-sites, team social events)
• Handle expense reports and reconciliation
• Work closely with other assistants on collaborative company-wide projects and initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience providing administrative assistance
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
• Light project management and event planning experience
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently with limited context
• Strong business judgment and the confidence to push back when needed Experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, high-growth or technical environments
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across multiple locations and time zones.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom preferred

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
