About the Role

We’re looking for a GTM Analytics Lead to help Granola better understand and scale our go-to-market engine through data.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, GTM Operations and Finance to turn important business questions into trusted metrics, clear analysis and turn insights into decisions that drive growth and improve how we operate. This is a deeply hands-on role: you’ll build the dbt models and dashboards behind your work, while partnering with Engineering on the underlying data infrastructure and availability of source data.

What You’ll Do

• Turn important business questions into actionable analysis. Partner with functional leaders to clarify what they are trying to understand, structure the analysis and communicate clear conclusions and recommended actions.
• Help our Go-to-Market teams understand performance. Develop analysis across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, pipeline, conversion, revenue, expansion, retention and customer health.
• Build dashboards that help teams make decisions. Create intuitive reporting that gives leaders and operators a clear view of performance and its underlying drivers, while collaborating with GTM Operations and other teams that build reporting across the business.
• Build data models that reflect how Granola operates. Develop and improve our dbt modeling layer, turning data from across our systems into clean, intuitive datasets that support reliable analysis and reporting.
• Create trusted definitions for our core metrics. Partner with teams across Granola to define the metrics that matter, codify those definitions in our data models and improve consistency across dashboards and tools.
• Partner with Engineering on our data foundation. Translate analytical needs into clear data requirements, identify gaps or quality issues and work with Engineering to ensure the data needed by the business is reliable and accessible.

What We're Looking For

Background & Experience

• 6+ years of experience across go-to-market analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering or similar roles.
• Significant experience supporting Go-to-Market teams at a high-growth technology company, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics across acquisition, pipeline, conversion, revenue and retention.
• Expert SQL skills and substantial hands-on experience building and scaling production data models in dbt.
• Experience designing clean, scalable data models that combine information across CRM, billing, product usage and other operational systems.
• Expertise in building intuitive dashboards and self-service reporting in modern BI tools such as Omni, Looker or Tableau.
• A track record of tackling ambiguous business questions through to structured analysis, clear conclusions and recommended actions.
• Skilled at partnering directly with functional leaders and translating between business problems and technical requirements.

Compensation

$170k - $200k + equity and benefits!
