VP of Revenue Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Demand Generation to build and lead a predictable, scalable growth engine. This leader will own demand creation, pipeline generation, and opportunity acceleration across the customer journey.

The ideal candidate can connect product engagement, marketing signals, and sales outreach to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success. This role will be onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco or New York.

What you will do and achieve

• Build and execute a full-funnel B2B revenue marketing strategy, from awareness through pipeline creation, acceleration, and customer expansion.
• Lead and develop global demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing teams, setting clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Own pipeline creation and acceleration targets, acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and marketing’s contribution to revenue.
• Set the strategy for integrated programs across digital, events, partners, field marketing, and account-based channels.
• Connect sales-led and product-led growth by translating product usage, buyer intent, and account engagement into sales-ready opportunities.
• Define the enterprise narrative and segmentation strategy for Team and Enterprise plans.
• Establish a shared operating rhythm with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Build measurement, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and reporting frameworks that inform investment and go-to-market priorities.
• Own annual and quarterly planning, including budgets, headcount, technology, agencies, and channel investment.
• Create a scalable global operating model that balances centralized capabilities with regional and market-specific execution.
• Represent marketing’s perspective to executive stakeholders, using data to align leaders and challenge assumptions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading revenue or demand generation teams.
• Experience leading global demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing functions.
• Proven success building B2B marketing functions and scalable pipeline programs in high-growth, early-stage environments.
• Experience overseeing integrated programs that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and grow customer relationships.
• Deep understanding of sales-led and product-led growth, including how to connect product signals, marketing engagement, and sales outreach.
• Track record of building operating models, including planning processes, governance, measurement, and reporting.
• Strong command of funnel metrics, attribution, forecasting, revenue analytics, and acquisition efficiency.
• Experience managing significant budgets, marketing technology, agencies, and external partners.
• Experience with CRM, HubSpot, marketing automation, intent, attribution, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance principles, including data ownership, deduplication, and sources of truth.
• Experience applying AI to automate marketing workflows and accelerate execution.
• Strong people leadership, cross-functional influence, and executive communication skills.

Location: This role will be onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco or New York.
