我们正在寻找一位细致、靠谱、执行力强的高管助理，为 CEO 及中国区负责人提供高效的日常支持，并推动重要事项顺畅落地。由于公司总部在美国、团队横跨多个时区，这个岗位需要良好的中英文沟通能力和很强的异步协作意识。

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly reliable Executive Assistant to provide efficient day-to-day support to the CEO and China business leader, and to ensure key priorities are executed smoothly. With a U.S. headquarters and a team spanning many time zones, this role requires strong bilingual communication and comfort with async collaboration.

岗位职责 | Responsibilities

• 统筹 CEO 及中国区负责人的日程、会议、差旅、访客接待及费用报销等事务。 Manage calendars, meetings, travel, visitor arrangements, and expense reimbursement for the CEO and China business leader.
• 负责会议筹备、会议纪要、待办事项跟进和跨部门协调（含中美跨时区协调），确保关键事项按时闭环。 Prepare meetings, document minutes, follow up on action items, and coordinate across teams — including across U.S./China time zones — to ensure timely closure of key matters.
• 协助组织部门例会等内部活动，并支持必要的中英文资料整理与翻译。 Support department meetings and other internal events; organize and translate essential Chinese and English materials.
• 根据业务需要协助基础数据、报表或财务分析相关工作。 Provide support on basic data, reporting, or financial analysis as business needs arise.

任职要求 | Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，有 1–3 年高管助理、行政支持或业务助理相关经验优先。 Bachelor's degree or above; 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or business support is preferred.
• 中英文双语能力为硬性要求：普通话与英语听说读写均需流利，能够直接支持 CEO 与美国团队的英文沟通，并处理中英文书面材料与翻译。 Mandarin AND English proficiency are hard requirements — fluent in both, spoken and written; able to communicate directly with the CEO and U.S. team in English and handle written materials and translation in both languages.
• 具备优秀的沟通协调、时间管理能力和保密意识，能妥善处理多任务与紧急事项。 Excellent coordination, time management, and confidentiality awareness; able to handle multiple priorities and urgent tasks effectively.
• 熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件；有基础财务意识或数据敏感度更佳；善用 AI 工具提升效率者优先。 Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic financial awareness or data sensitivity is a plus; comfort using AI tools to work faster is a plus.
